Ivory Digital Denture is a start-up that is re-defining the dental industry.  Ivory Digital Denture’s proprietary methodology leverages recent developments in 3D scanning and 3D printing technologies to bring the fabrication of dentures to the 21st century.  Ivory Digital Denture is presently seeking to fill the following positions.

Job Details:

The Social Media Specialist will have responsibility for all aspects of online media for the Ivory Digital Denture system.

The successful candidate shall be responsible to:

  • Develop a company wide social media strategy to help launch Ivory Digital Denture into the global market.
  • Write, edit, and distribute content for social media.
  • Plan and execute a social media editorial calendar in partnership with marketing.
  • Create, curate, and manage all external communication activities on social media that is both engaging and inspiring.
  • Identify and connect with potential influencers and micro influencers.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, and channels to identify key opportunities for growth.
  • Track metrics to ensure reaching performance goals.

 

Mandatory Knowledge and Skills:

  • Post-secondary degree in journalism, public relations, communications or marketing required.
  • Diploma or continuing education in digital media preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience using digital/social media in a professional environment required.
  • Experience in strategic planning, implementing and evaluating integrated digital/social media required.
  • Expertise in all facets of working with social media including third party applications, metrics and analytics, and content development.
  • Superior interpersonal skills.
  • Prior startup experience preferred.

Job Details:

The Director of Marketing will have responsibility for all aspects of marketing and development for the Ivory Digital Denture system.

The successful candidate shall be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan for direct marketing and sales for both local and global markets, which shall result in profitable growth.
  • Developing and implementing material for conferences, workshops, webinars through existing and new markets and products.
  • Overseeing positioning, advertising, branding and pricing, as well as strategies and action plans for promotion.
  • Be accountable for and deliver on an annual revenue-growth budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with the all legislation, standards, and sustainable practices for all marketing programs.
  • Developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to extend the brand reach and reputation with key organizations and external stakeholders.

 

Mandatory Knowledge and Skills:

  • Post-secondary education with a focus on marketing and sales, and business development.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience with direct marketing and/or conferences, including the successful implementation of a range of complex consumer initiatives that have successfully built brands, market positioning, and financial results.
  • Well-developed business management and analytical skills, and a rigorous methodical approach to assessing markets.
  • Proven leadership ability and experience in leading a team through strategic positions and communications.
  • Proven ability to develop and retain a high caliber marketing and conference team as well as implementing performance measure that lead to success.
  • Creative thinking with a proven track record of developing innovative and successful direct marketing campaigns.

Job Details:

Ivory Digital Denture is seeking an outstanding sales representative with an opportunity to demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

The successful candidate shall be responsible to:

  • Grow sales through implementing sales strategy within territory, prospecting and developing new business, and presenting products and services to the marketplace.
  • Meet individual sales quotas and overall sales objectives.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships by providing ongoing support towards ensuring overall client satisfaction and cultivating long term relationship.
  • Attend conferences, exhibits, conventions, trade shows, and seminars to build strong relationships with clients and improve product knowledge
  • Drive sales within a designated territory utilizing your relationship building sales skills
  • Efficiently prepare and manage all required administrative functions and reports to management.

 

Mandatory Knowledge and Skills:

  • Post-secondary education with a focus on business.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the dental industry.
  • Superb relationship building skills, strong planning skills, and excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly and competently to customer requests.
  • Skilled in closing the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
  • Knowledge of denture fabrication process would be an asset.
